My Owl Barn is this great blog for all owl lovers by Shivani. She’s got over 45 illustrators together so that you can choose which image you would like for which month and then print it out for free! It’s all got a ready made version and you can print out just one day if you want it for a gift tag or just to put on your wall. Me and Mum are both in it – we both did the month of October and Halloween – and there are lots of beautiful illustrations to choose from for all months.

So this little fella – though usually all teeth and claws is on this occasion knitting a delicate something for a special someone. I just want to rub his big furry nose he’s such a sweetheart.

This is a great place, a place to buy art and to get it framed too! My work is there and they have used my little innuit lino print in their flyers and posters. If you’re around E17 next weekend then pop in! It’s the same weekend as the E17 Designers Event – which I will blog about next as I’m hoping to have a stand there yay!

Tancredi by James Palumbo and illustrateed by Rohan Eason
The incredible illustrations Rohan did for this book are now out there in the world ! The story is great, a non stop satirical adventure in a future world – written by one of the founders of Ministry of Sound nightclub and is the follow up to his very well received first novel Tomas.
Rohan did so many illustrations for it and they look amazing, so much work and the final book is fantastic and I’m super proud of him. Each piece is wonderful but here are just a few. You can get the book anywhere it’s on general release its’ all good book shops and online. Rockin.

As the leaves start to let go and the acorn launch themselves at me in the forest, people also drop notes on the ground. Then later they get rained on until the message fades. In the meantime, this one was saved, on the floor outside the entrance to Bethnal Green overland station.
I hope it all worked out.

So I was a Poplar DLR the other week and saw this poster! Jon’s photo of Charlie Simpson all big and in my face! It looks brill and the album too and what a decent, sweet chap Charlie is. Was a really lovely shoot and we got fish and chips and tartare sauce at the end of it so a dream job !
